In collaboration with the IZOVAC Company of Belarus, we are carrying out various experiments where AC / DC magnetron of the said company are used along with Ion beam sputtering. The AC / DC magnetron of the said company are as follows. As compared to Ion beam sputtering, in case of AC / DC magnetron a thin film forms at a measurably high temperature. However, the formation rate is approximately twice that of Ion beam sputtering. This is the feature of AC / DC magnetron.
